SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- All items are currently made by order which can take up to 10 days or more until it’s being dispatched.
- If you need your item quicker than the 10 days, please contact us for our stock list to see what we currently have available.
- The current processing time for Standard Shipping orders is 5-10 working days.
- The current processing time for Express Shipping orders is 1-5 working days. Please contact us prior to placing an Express order to discuss your requirements, we will always do our best to get urgent orders to you on time.
- Standard Delivery is 1-5 working days
- Express Delivery is 1-2 working days
- All packages are tracked - you will be sent the tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours.
- All orders sent outside the US may incur delays pending on Customs.
- Shipments inside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.
- Please note: Delivery Times commence once the order has been dispatched from our facilities and you’ve received an email of fulfilment.
- Please note: That all pre-ordered items are on an estimated date for dispatch, and this may from time-to-time be changed.
- If you order in-stock items with your pre-order items, your order will be delayed for dispatch to the same date as your pre-ordered items.
- Please note: That these delivery periods are expected guidelines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
- All pre-order sales are final.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope you are completely satisfied with your Tatiama purchase. No refunds are accepted however we do offer exchanges and credit notes if the item is sent within 14 days. Every item is made to order.
- Products must be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
- Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- All products must have all tags attached and any hygiene seals still attached.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- All sales items are final - This includes flash sales.
- Sale items may not be exchanged.
- Any taxes or duties associated with your exchange will be at your cost.
- We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
- Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
- Please obtain proof of postage with a reference/tracking number from the Post Office. Apologies, we cannot issue a refund on goods that don’t arrive.
